Was a highly regarded goaltending prospect coming out of junior hockey but has had to overcome several hurdles, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, to reach the NHL. Has had a lot of success at the American Hockey League level and has earned the respect of teammates for what he has gone through. Has the physical talent to succeed at the highest level.
